Business and Baseball - Capstone Experience

     With hard work and dedication comes great rewards, and for our students comes just that after their dedication to learning and successful completion of the program. After the final seminar of the program students indulge in what is called the "Capstone Experience".

     In the Spring 2008 installment, students were invited back to Fenway Park but this time for a very special experience as they got up close and personal to the players for a batting practice visit down on the famous Fenway dirt as well as a VIP tour around America's Most Beloved Ballpark. At the conclusion of the tour, students were taken to their seats where they enjoy the game.

     The capstone experience is the backbone of the program and portrays to students that with all hard work, comes great reward in the end and helps them put into prospective the material they learned as they get to view up close and personal how MLB organizations operated from a business standpoint.

     The Fall 2008 Capstone Experience will be provided by Regan Communications and the Dunkin Donuts Kids Zone at the TD Banknorth Garden for a Boston Celtics game.

     The Spring 2009 Capstone Experience will be similar to the Fenway experience provided in the inaugural installment.
